We've benefitted from open source. We want to pay it forward.
We are excited to announce that the SensorSurf Agent is now open source and available to the public!
As a company, we've benefitted massively from the ROS community which has empowered robotics engineers to be collaborative and innovate openly. We are thrilled to take this step towards contributing to the vision of the robotics community.
By open-sourcing the agent, we hope to enable a wider community of robotics engineers and companies to benefit from our data collection and offload capabilities. This move will foster greater transparency and trust between us and our users, as everyone will be able to see and contribute to the codebase.
We are committed to providing ongoing support and maintenance for our open source agent, and we encourage anyone who is interested to get involved in the development process. Whether you are a seasoned robotics engineer or just starting out, we welcome your contributions and look forward to building a vibrant community around our software.
To access our open source agent, please visit our GitHub repository. We invite you to explore the code, notify us of issues and ideas, and publish pull requests for us to review within 24 hours!
Thank you for your ongoing support, and we can't wait to see what amazing things we can accomplish together through open source. We have a number of other projects which will be open sourced over the coming months, so please be sure to keep eyes on our GitHub organization for more releases!
